A Canadian landscape and portrait painter. For the past twenty years he has worked and exhibited across Canada and abroad. His work is in numerous private and commercial collections.

At St. Andrew’s College in Aurora, he met lifelong friends and fellow artists; still working together today as the art collective Drawnonward.

Paul studied four years at the Ontario College of Art and Design from 1989 – 1992 and worked an additional year in Florence, Italy. Returning from Europe, Paul became a founding member of the painting group Drawnonward. This group’s active mandate is to explore Canada’s landscape and people through art. Since its early beginnings in 1994, Drawnonward has travelled and created in every province and territory in Canada.

From 2001 to 2010, Paul owned and operated Level Gallery in downtown Collingwood, Ontario. The gallery exhibited the art of Drawnonward plus thirty other Canadian artists.

In July 2015, Paul taught with artists, Rob Saley and Andrew Qappik to Inuit adults and youth in the Kivalliq Inuit Association Art Camp in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut.

Paul lives and works in Clarksburg, Ontario, Canada.
